ABOUT THE ROLE

Cosmopolitan Rockhampton is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests. We are looking for a team member who is seeking a long-term position and wants to be part of a supportive hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms to a high standard
Make beds and change linen and towels
Clean bathrooms, floors, and all guest room areas
Restock guest amenities and supplies
Report maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to management
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Ensure housekeeping storage areas and equipment are kept clean and organised
Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests

About You
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Reliable, punctual, and well presented
Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required
