Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Boat Builder/Welder Fabricator to join our energetic team in Wangara, Western Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and welding aluminium boat and trailer components to our precise standards. From hull fabrication to structural welding, this role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and a passion for producing superior quality vessels.

Qualifications & Requirements: Applicants must have at least 2 years of boat building experience,



exhibit strong independent work skills, problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship.
Experience in Boat Building/Welding.
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols.
Attention to detail and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
Fabricate and weld aluminium boat components according to design requirements.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Experience:
Welding/Metal fabrication: 2 years (Preferred)
