HEAD BARISTA / CAFÉ MANAGER WANTED

Café Cherry Beans – Robina Town Centre

We are looking for an experienced Head Barista / Café Manager to join our team at Café Cherry Beans, located in Robina Town Centre.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently and can take a leading role in the day-to-day operation of the café.

What we’re looking for:

Strong barista experience and excellent coffee-making skills

Ability to manage the café and lead the team during shifts

Confident with opening and closing procedures

Friendly and professional customer service

Reliable, responsible and punctual Able to work well in a quick-paced workplace

Good communication and teamwork skills
