Poultry Operations Team Member

Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our client's poultry operations team. This hands-on role involves animal care, egg handling, farm maintenance, and compliance activities. We are looking for candidates who are not only hardworking but also have strong people skills, basic computer skills, and the potential to progress into Team Leader or Supervisory roles in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily poultry and shed monitoring.
Egg grading, packing, and quality checks.
Complete compliance and production records.
General cleaning, maintenance, and farm duties.
Follow biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare requirements.

Qualifications:
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and record keeping.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous poultry, farming, agricultural, hatchery, or production experience (desirable).
Ability to work weekends as required.
Physically fit and capable of manual work throughout the day.
Ability to meet strict biosecurity and quarantine requirements.




Demonstrated leadership potential or interest in developing into a supervisory role
