We're looking for two experienced cafe professionals to join our Hammerich's Coffee Everton Hills team. We are a busy drive-thru cafe looking for people who enjoy working at pace, take pride in producing great coffee and genuinely enjoy looking after customers.
Key responsibilities
Cafe Supervisor / Senior Barista: 25+ hours available each week - casual
A hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead from the front and take ownership of their shift.
Lead shifts and manage busy service
Produce quality coffee at speed
Opening and closing the store
Training and support staff
Maintaining service and food safety standards
Take ownership of store performance and work towards sales and operational targets
Monitor key KPIs and help the team achieve store goals
Take initiative and solve problems as they arise.
Previous cafe supervisor, shift leader or senior barista experience is essential.
Baristas / All-Rounder: casual
We're looking for an experienced commercial barista who's confident on the machine and comfortable working a pace.
Produce consistently great coffee
Provide rapid, genuinely friendly drive-thru service
Take and prepare customer orders
Food preparation and service
Cleaning, stocking and general cafe duties
About you
Recent hands-on commercial barista experience
Confident producing quality coffee at speed
Experience working in a busy cafe setting
Available across weekdays and Saturdays
Able to work opening shifts from 4:15am weekdays and 4:45am Saturdays when rostered
Reliable independent transport is essential due to our early opening shifts.
Solid initiative and genuinely friendly customer service
