Part time Pharmacist – Medicinal Cannabis Dispensary

We’re growing and looking for a motivated Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Fern Dispensary.

We’re a patient-focused dispensary where great service and genuine patient relationships are central to what we do. We’re looking for someone who is confident working both independently with a dispense technician and as part of a team, and who wants to contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense and verify medicinal cannabis prescriptions accurately and safely.
Provide patient counselling, medication education and ongoing support.
Deliver excellent customer service and build solid patient relationships.
Work independently as pharmacist on duty when required, with support from a dispense technician.
Supervise and support pharmacy staff.
Ensure compliance with SAS-B, Authorised Prescriber, Schedule 8 and relevant State requirements.
Assist with stock, inventory and day-to-day pharmacy operations.




Liaise with prescribers and clinics to support patient care.

About You
Bachelor of Pharmacy with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to secure dispensing.
Friendly, professional and genuinely customer-focused.
Reliable, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your shift.
Interested in contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Experience with FRED Dispense and medicinal cannabis is highly regarded.

Roster

This is a part-time position with weekday shifts and participation in our rotating Saturday roster.

Saturday hours are 8:30 am–1:00 pm, with pharmacists generally rostered every second Saturday.

We’re happy to discuss the specific weekday days/hours with the right candidate.

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
