The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organization's strategy, services, people, and performance, with a focus on delivering the strategic plan, strengthening accessible and culturally secure services, and building an inclusive, capable workforce. The role also involves deepening relationships with various stakeholders and advancing advocacy efforts. The ideal CEO will have a genuine commitment to the community, senior leadership experience in relevant sectors, and a strong background in operational, financial, governance, and people leadership. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should be experienced executives with a proven track record of strategic and team-oriented leadership.



Key requirements include senior leadership experience in health, community services, government, or the for-purpose sector, as well as a relevant tertiary qualification. The role demands a leader with credibility among government, funders, and diverse communities, and a commitment to the values of the organization, including peer-led practice, cultural safety, harm reduction, and health equity.
