About the Role

n

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Dubbo Depot.

n

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot workplace.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
n
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
n




Schedule fleet movementsacross Dubbo and Gulgong region
n
Support the team with day-to-day depot operations
n
Manage inventory control and stock movements
n
Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Previous administration experience (essential)
n
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
n
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
n
Initiative and sound problem-solving skills
n
Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills
n
Knowledge of HSSE and Chain of Responsibility (COR) processes
n
Customer-focused with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
Commitment to compliance and safety standards
