The OpportunityAt Downer Energy & Utilities, we are seeking a detail focused Billing & Claims Administrator to join our Support Services Hub team.In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the preparation, validation and administration of project billing and completion claims across a diverse portfolio of projects and operational contracts.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Coordinators, operational teams and finance stakeholders to ensure billing documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered within required timeframes.This is an excellent opportunity for an administration professional with billing, invoicing or claims experience who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Preparing invoices and completion claims in line with contractual and project requirementsReviewing and validating supporting documentation including timesheets, purchase orders, invoices and project recordsMaintaining accurate billing records within financial systems including JDEGSMonitoring billing activities and identifying discrepancies, documentation gaps and claim issuesProviding billing administration support to project and operational teamsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing processes and service deliveryWhat we're looking forExperience in billing, invoicing, claims administration or financial administrationExperience supporting project,
