The role is predominantly Monday to Friday,



with flexibility required to support events and operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and small functionsEnsure meeting and function spaces are set up and turned around efficientlyDrive exceptional guest service and maintain high satisfaction levelsCoach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potentialFoster a positive and engaging workplace cultureDevelop and implement training initiatives across the F&B; teamMonitor compliance with WHS policies and proceduresEnsure RSA compliance across all team membersLiaise with guests and internal departments to promptly resolve issues and maintain service excellenceSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the departmentABOUT YOUYou are an energetic hospitality professional who leads by example and inspires those around you.You'll bring:Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Food & Beverage leadership roleDemonstrated experience managing and inspiring teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsA solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and commitment to service excellenceCurrent RSA certificationFlexibility and a positive "can-do" attitudeA genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
