W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Part Time Commis Chefs. As a Commis Chef in a luxury hotel, you will have the opportunity to uphold the exceptional culinary standards expected in a premium hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include:
Prepare ingredients such as cooking, portioning, chopping and storing food
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklists
Support chefs by ensuring all ingredients are prepared and available
Ensure the work station is organized, restocked and adhering to hygiene and safety standards
