Prior experience working in the General Insurance industry.
You understand how brokers work, as well as insurance processes related to Policy, Claims and Pricing.
Experience working in the financial services industry will also be consideredExtensive experience in architecting modern and legacy solutions across technology domains including; application, integration, cloud, data, infrastructure and security.




ie – you possess an 'end-to-end' architecture skillset and have a breadth of architecture experienceExcellent design documentation skillsStrong ability to influence decisions and negotiate solutions with internal and external stakeholdersExperience working in a large-scale organisationExperience working in a highly-regulated environmentExperience working in a change environmentA strong understanding of risk management and risk management frameworksExcellent prioritisation skills with the proven ability to achieve deadlinesExperience building solutions based on Azure / AWSNice to Have's include:Exposure to Guidewire CloudWhat you'll be doing:Defining, developing, and delivering IT solutions in alignment with the enterprise architecture team's strategyWorking closely with enterprise architecture teams, delivery teams and IT vendorsDelivering solutions as part of the IT enterprise architecture roadmapCollaborating with business stakeholders to ensure project scope and designs are alignedDeveloping business cases for new projectsProviding high-level solution designsWorking with and providing technical leadership to third party service suppliers / vendorsAcknowledgement of CountrySalt respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
