KB7 Care is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will provide person-centred support to clients and assist with daily living, personal care, community access and social activities.

We are seeking individuals who are caring, respectful, patient and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Previous experience in disability or support work is preferred, but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality, person-centred support
Assisting with daily living and personal care
Supporting clients with community access and appointments
Encouraging independence and participation in social activities
Following individual support plans
Building positive and respectful relationships with clients




Completing required documentation and communicating with the team

Qualities We’re Looking For:

Reliable, punctual and responsible
Respectful and understanding towards clients
Friendly and approachable with robust communication skills
Passionate about supporting others and making a positive difference
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Qualified, trustworthy and willing to learn
Previous support work or disability experience is highly regarded
