Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial, domestic and strata clientsBuild strong relationships with clients,



insurers and referral partnersProvide professional insurance advice and deliver exceptional client outcomesSupport complex commercial placements and client strategiesIdentify, pursue and convert new business opportunitiesDevelop and grow your own referral networkLeverage existing referral opportunities while creating new onesContribute to the overall growth and success of the brokerageWhat do you need?
Tier 1 or Diploma in Insurance Broking – essentialMinimum 3 years' experience in General Insurance BrokingStrong commercial insurance broking experienceDemonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously while contributing positively to a teamExperience with CBS, Sunrise and insurer platforms highly regardedCommercial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a portfolio
