Your duties will include but will not be limited to:Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 800+ employeesProvide coaching,



mentoring and support to Payroll OfficersOversee termination payments, salary adjustments and employee deductions and moreEnsure compliance with PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, awards and employment legislationPartner with the Accounting team on payroll-related month-end activities, reconciliations and reportingIdentify and implement payroll efficiencies and process improvementsYour BackgroundTo be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:End to end payroll experience for over 500+ staffExperience working in a professional services environment (or similar)Full Australian working rights
