Join Grown Alchemist as the Store Manager of our Chadstone retail kiosk. Leading a team of Retail consultants, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience while being responsible for achieving sales targets and team management.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven and passionate retail skincare professional who enjoys developing people, building strong client relationships and representing a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieving sales budgets, leading the team to achieve and exceed targets.
Oversee store operations, rostering, stock management and financial performance.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Champion the Grown Alchemist customer journey and deliver exceptional,



personalised service.
Build client relationships and leverage the customer database to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Support local partnerships, events and brand initiatives.
.Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, store presentation and overall customer experience.

About You
2+ years' retail management experience, ideally in skincare, beauty or premium retail.
Proven sales and KPI performance.
Robust leadership, coaching and team development skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Passionate about skincare, beauty and delivering outstanding experiences.
Commercially minded, organised and confident managing a quick-paced store environment.
Positive, proactive and hands-on approach.
