Benetas is seeking a Senior Personal Care Worker to join our Community Health and Care team in Rural North West, based in Gisborne, Victoria. You will mentor Personal Care Workers and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes.

In this perm role at 0.9 FTE, you will conduct visits, support rostering, training, and continuous improvement, ensuring secure care and the independence of older people living at home.
