This practice caters to its community and patients with a wide array of onsite services.In this role you conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations,assistthe Practice Manager with rostering,recruitmentand managing treatment room staff performance.Key responsibilitiesA Treatment Room Team Leader manages the provision of services within a Medical Centre's treatment room andassistsHealth Care ProfessionalsThey conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from treating HCPsincluding;pathology collection, vaccinations,monitoringof ECG, wound dressings, change of linen,cleanand sterilise equipmentThe Treatment Room Team Leader will build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatmentsThey Triage patients andassistHCPs in proceduresThe Treatment Room Team Leader willassistPM with rostering,recruitmentand managing treatment room staff performance.They Liaise with PM and Treatment Room employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed.About YouYou will be a Registered Nurse with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting;previousexperience leading a successful team will be highly regarded,
