We're looking for apermanent full-time Medical Receptionistto join our busy and supportive team atMurdoch (Wexford), with occasional travel to other clinics when required.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the friendly face and voice of Advara, helping our patients and doctors with:
Welcoming and supporting patientsManaging phones, enquiries and appointmentsCoordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing appointmentsProviding accurate and efficient administrationWorking closely with doctors and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly
What we're looking for
You're someone who:




Puts patients first and genuinely cares about great serviceHas excellent communication and organisational skillsIs confident on the phone and comfortable juggling competing prioritiesHas great attention to detail and takes pride in their workWorks well independently and as part of a teamIs confident with technology and quick to learn new systemsBrings energy, professionalism and a positive attitude
Medical reception or healthcare experience is highly regarded, but attitude and a genuine desire to help people are just as important.
