We're looking for a Design & Construction Manager to lead the delivery of new stores, refurbishments and evolving store concepts across our network.
While the role will predominantly support The Coffee Club, you'll also have the opportunity to work across our broader portfolio, including exciting current brands and store designs as the business grows.Who are we?

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll lead our Project Management and Retail Design function and oversee the design and construction of new stores, refurbishments, and other network projects.This is a highly influential role with the opportunity to shape how our stores look, feel, and operate.
You'll partner closely with property, marketing.
franchise partners, designers, builders, and internal stakeholders to bring new concepts to life and deliver commercially sound, high-quality projects.Key responsibilities include:Lead and develop the Design and Construction teamOversee new stores,



refurbishments and other network projects from design through to deliveryShape practical, commercially viable store designs that bring our brands to lifePartner with Property to support new site development and future network growthManage project budgets, programmes, risks, contractors and consultantsBuild strong relationships with franchise partners and key stakeholders while improving how projects are deliveredThe role may require national and occasional international travel, with some flexibility to travel at short notice.Who are we looking for?
You're an experienced design, construction or project delivery leader who combines strong commercial judgement with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
You know how to lead a team, manage a varied project portfolio and bring people together to achieve great outcomes.You will bring:Significant senior-level experience in construction, design, development or project managementExperience delivering retail, hospitality or other multi-site construction and fit-out projectsStrong capability across project delivery, budgets, programmes, contractors and consultantsWell-developed commercial, negotiation,



and stakeholder management skillsSound knowledge of Australian building and construction requirementsA relevant tertiary qualification in construction, project management, architecture, design, property or a related fieldWhy should you come work for us?
