In this role, you'll work both in the field and in the workshop, performing a wide range of tasks including the repair, modification, and refurbishment of surface mining equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Minor Plant Fitter, your duties will include:Performing maintenance on light vehicles, medium vehicles, and mining ancillary equipmentConducting repairs and servicing in line with manufacturer specificationsScoping jobs, ordering parts, and working closely with Maintenance PlannersCompleting pre-start checks on vehicles prior to operationDiagnosing and resolving issues with electrical, engine,



and hydraulic systemsActing in accordance with BUMA's Values and Standards of Business ConductParticipating in training as directed by the Maintenance SupervisorAbout You:We're seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications:Working at heights and confined space tickets (or willingness to obtain)Familiarity with OEM software and SAP (desirable)Strong planning and scheduling abilitiesAble to work independently with minimal supervisionWorking at BUMA:BUMA Australia is a people focused business, with a strong focus on safety, training, development and continuous improvement.
