What you'll be doing
Cooking to a high standard on a fast-paced, high-volume section
Bringing energy, consistency and pride to every service




Working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to keep standards sharp and service smooth
Helping shape specials, seasonal menu tweaks and prep systems
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and protected — because valuable chefs run tight ships

What you bring
Trade qualification or solid hands-on experience in a similar high-volume venue
A genuine passion for food, hospitality and working as part of a team
The ability to stay cool, focused and switched-on when it gets busy
Robust food safety and kitchen management knowledge
Flexible availability, including Saturdays and nights
