The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) in Parkville, Melbourne, is seeking an Administrative Officer for the Butterfly Ward / Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This permanent part time role is 12.5 hours per fortnight (Thursday afternoons) with potential to cover leave in the team.

You will handle customer service tasks, answer enquiries, greet families, maintain patient records in IT systems, and assist with admissions and discharges.
