The position ensures profitable and sustainable business outcomes by overseeing pricing, pipeline forecasting and commercial risk management, while leading the pursuit of new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansion.
It provides senior direction across commercial operations, business development, sales and brand strategy, ensuring activities are aligned with organisational objectives, strengthen client relationships, enhance market presence and support long-term growth.
Through robust governance, commercial acumen and leadership, the role optimises business performance,



manages risk and builds organisational capability to achieve Omni's strategic and financial goals.Our Ideal CandidateOur ideal candidate is a commercially astute and highly organised professional who brings confidence, sound judgement and discipline to complex commercial environments.
You will have experience in commercial operations, governance or business management, with the ability to lead bids, support contract negotiations and strengthen operational reporting.
You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, operational teams and clients, building trusted relationships through clear communication, thoughtful engagement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Experience in Defence, Australian Government or complex professional services environments will be highly regarded, as will your ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
