Vehicle Administration & Registration Clerk

Surf Toyota | Tweed Heads – Coolangatta

Full time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Surf Toyota, located on the beautiful Tweed Coast and now operating under new ownership, is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Administration and Registration Clerk to join our growing team.

As a valued member of our dealership, you’ll work closely with our experienced registration staff and vehicle delivery team in a fast-paced, supportive, and family-owned setting. This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations, coordination of logistics, and maintaining compliance with all administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process new and used vehicle registrations with relevant authorities
Manage vehicle documentation and compliance paperwork
Liaise with internal departments including sales, service, and delivery
Track registration status and maintain accurate records




Assist with general administration duties within the delivery department

What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in vehicle registrations is preferred but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive and positive "can-do" attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Confident communication skills and a professional demeanour
