West Peak Constructions is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage residential construction projects across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors and site works
Check construction quality and ensure works comply with drawings and specifications
Manage site safety, cleanliness and trade sequencing
Prepare and follow up the 5-Day Look Ahead Program
Monitor construction progress and identify and report delays or issues early
Provide daily site updates, including progress, issues and photos
Identify site variations and coordinate with the Project Coordinator
Confirm subcontractor work progress and quality to support payment checking
Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Director

Requirements:
Experience in residential construction site management in Victoria
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned projects
Strong English communication skills
Solid site coordination,



management and control skills
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
Positive understanding of residential construction processes, quality control and site safety
Robust subcontractor management skills
Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Good knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
Buildxact experience is preferred, but training can be provided

Work Location:

Mainly Melbourne’s eastern and south-eastern suburbs
