Must Have Skills: Tech BA with 10+ years of experience and minimum of 5+ years of BA experience in Payment’s domain to bridge business requirements and technical implementation across payment systems, and data mapping.

Key Skills Needed
Ability to interpret complex payment data flows
Experience with data mapping between JSON structures, event streams, and databases
Understanding of payment systems (NPP, RTGS, SWIFT)
Solid requirements-gathering and documentation skills
Ability to map business requirements into technical field-level specifications
Experience with data lineage and data triage
Working knowledge of SQL
Stakeholder management skills

AI & Tooling Skills:
Familiarity with AI Tools like M365 Copilot
Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, e.g. M365 Copilot for Excel/data analysis
Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
