Your focus will be ensuring agreements align with Dentons' legal obligations, internal policies and regulatory requirements, helping to maintain compliance and minimise risk.
Reporting to the Operational Risk Manager, you will join a collaborative and inclusive team that values excellence and supports professional growth.About YouWe're looking for a part time or full-time Contracts Analyst with3+ years' experience in a legal, financial or professional services environment.
You'll bring:Proven experience in contract coordination or a similar role; orLegal Assistant or Paralegal experience.Excellent communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders.High attention to detail and precision in capturing terms, obligations, and deliverables.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,
