The Manager (HR Case Management) role requires a confident and credible leader who can:lead and develop a team of case management professionalsadvise senior leaders on complex people, performance, conflict and dispute mattersdevelop evidence-based risk management strategiesrepresent the department's interests in complex case management matters, including Queensland Industrial Relations Commission conferencesbuild trusted relationships with stakeholders through a coaching and business partnering approachsupport responsive and contemporary employee relations practicesensure advice and decisions align with relevant legislative, industrial, regulatory and policy frameworks.To thrive in this role,
you will bring substantial experience delivering human resources advice within a business partnering model, specialist expertise in complex performance matters, and the ability to lead a team towards broader organisational priorities.Relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, law, human resources or a related field, together with membership or certification through the Australian Human Resources Institute, will be well regarded.Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
