Whether you're on a solo job or alongside a teammate, you'll be backed by a crew that knows their stuff and looks out for each other.What you'll be doing:Diagnose, service, and maintain large-scale chiller plant, condenser water systems, and associated cooling tower equipmentCarry out preventative maintenance, performance testing,



and calibration on chiller systems to keep them running at peak efficiencyTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults, and carry out repairs efficiently and professionallyWork with building management systems (BMS) and controls where requiredComplete documentation and job reporting to a high standardCommunicate clearly with clients, team members, and managementPrioritise safety and maintain quality on every jobWhat you'll needHold a current ARCtick licence, White Card, Silica and Asbestos Awareness certification, and a valid Australian Driver's LicencePrevious service and maintenance experience on commercial or industrial chiller plant (centrifugal, screw, or scroll chillers)Sound understanding of refrigeration circuits, compressor types, and condenser water systemsStrong fault-finding ability, a customer-focused mindset, and solid time management skillsWillingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessmentIf you don't meet every requirement but have relevant experience and the right attitude, we still encourage you to apply.
