Position Vacant – Supermarket All Rounder Team Member

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused All Rounder Team Member to join our supermarket team. This is a wide-ranging and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, providing excellent service to our customers while supporting the daily operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with enquiries.
Replenish and maintain fresh produce displays to a high standard.
Work within the deli department, including food preparation, serving customers, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring product freshness and presentation.
Work within the liquor department, including responsible service and merchandising.
Complete nightfill duties, including stocking shelves, rotating stock, and maintaining presentation.
Assist with duty management responsibilities, including supervising team members, ensuring compliance with store policies, and supporting daily store operations.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised work environment.
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately when required.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Valuable organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Previous supermarket or retail experience is preferred but not essential.
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or willingness to obtain one) for liquor department duties.
