About the Opportunity

As a Shift Electrician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring plant reliability, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives that support protected and efficient production.
Rotating Shift Pattern (12hr)
Training provided on PLC fault finding

What you will do
Perform breakdown, preventative and predictive maintenance activities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation and control systems
Maintain PLC-controlled production and packaging equipment
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise plant performance

What you will bring:
A-Grade Electrical License
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or industrial environments
Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
A proactive, safety-first approach to maintenance
