You will coordinate day-to-day rostering for our support workers across Sydney and NSW, ensuring shifts are filled accurately, on time, and in line with client care requirements and award conditions.
The ideal candidate has rostering or scheduling experience, familiarity with NDIS or aged care, proficiency with rostering software and MS Office, and robust communication skills.
