As a Senior Communication and Media Officer, you'll help deliver communication and engagement activities that support the RTA's customers, people and organisational priorities.
Working across media relations, content development, digital channels and corporate communication, you'll create clear and accessible communication that informs, educates and connects with diverse audiences.
Partnering with subject matter experts and business areas across the organisation, you'll develop content, coordinate media enquiries, monitor emerging issues and trends, and use insights and feedback to continuously improve communication outcomes.
This is a hands-on generalist communication role working across media, content, digital, engagement and organisational initiatives.
You'll bring robust communication skills, sound judgement and a team-oriented approach while building trusted relationships and delivering communication and engagement outcomes that support customer understanding, confidence in the RTA and awareness of its services.
