About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Meadowbrook, QLD. The Salesperson will engage with new and existing customers to understand their procurement needs, provide product information, and prepare quotes/proposals.

Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries
Source competitive supplier pricing
Conduct follow-up calls with customers
Build strong customer relationships
Maintain accurate sales records in company systems
Contribute to revenue growth
Represent the company professionally at all times
Participate in occasional site visits or industry events as required

About you
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, including solid interpersonal and client service skills
Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals
Basic understanding of electrical functions, or willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
Strong communication skills, including explicit verbal communication
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, quotes,



and follow-ups efficiently
Proficiency with common office software and the willingness to learn a CRM promptly
Commitment to safety, ethical conduct, and continuous professional development
Previous experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role in an industrial, export or wholesale position is an advantage
