We are seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Service Sales Team in Melbourne, VIC. This person will nurture existing customer relationships and identifying recent business opportunities to expand our customer portfolio and drive service growth.

What will you be doing?
Build a deep understanding of customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while identifying and maximising sales opportunities.
Drive account growth by identifying value-added solutions and upselling opportunities within existing customer portfolios.




Proactively develop and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers to support long-term business growth.
Develop compelling value propositions that clearly articulate the benefits and business impact of KONE's service solutions.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Are you the one?
5+ years’ experience in an account management, sales specialist or business development role.
Construction industry experience an advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
A customer service mindset.
