Rochford Wines is a well-established Yarra Valley destination offering wine, dining, weddings and events. We’re looking for an experienced hospitality qualified to join our team in a senior front-of-house role across our hospitality operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, confident leading a team and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role
Lead and support the front-of-house team during restaurant and function services
Maintain a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction
Ensure a smooth and well-executed sequence of service
Assist with planning, organisation and daily hospitality operations
Coordinate the team during busy restaurant services, functions and weddings
Take responsibility for service standards and team performance
Work closely with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience





About you You’ll be an experienced hospitality skilled with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and what great service looks like. You’re organised, calm under pressure and confident leading a team.
Proven experience in a senior restaurant, supervisor or management role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Confident team leader with a hands-on approach
High attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Available to work weekends, evenings and functions/weddings when required

Full-time position | Weekend and evening availability essential Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
