Sales Representative / Area Manager - Labels & Flexible Packaging (Maternity Leave Cover)ABOUT THE ROLEAs a key member of our team based in Oakleigh, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of client accounts.
Acting as the main point of contact, you'll ensure customers receive high-quality service and tailored labelling solutions to meet their needs.You'll combine your sales expertise with technical knowledge, working closely with internal teams while building lasting relationships with clients.This is a fixed-term contract role covering maternity leave, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make an immediate impact within our team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring seamless end-to-end serviceIdentify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospectingPrepare quotations and manage the full sales cycleBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and solutionsCollaborate with internal teams across sales, estimating, production, and designAttend client meetings, presentations, and networking eventsMaintain accurate customer records and sales pipelinesSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the divisionAssist with issue resolution and contribute to quality improvement processesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with excellent time managementConfident using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsSales experience and/or knowledge of print or labelling (preferred but not essential)WHAT ARE THE PERKS?
