city and executiveBuilds relationships with key decision makers at all levelsWork closely with the team to develop new businessEstablish and develop new opportunities at all levels and manage project coordination and follow upMarket analysis including opportunities and threatsAttend weekly sales meetingProvide weekly sales reportDaily/weekly use of TETRA's CRM Platform (Customer Relationship Management)Proposal creation to invoice collection as neededParticipates in sales shows, conferences and industry events to generate new business leadsTroubleshoots problems regarding job performance and implements changesOther duties as assignedRequirements:EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not requiredEXPERIENCE: 5 years' experience in Water Treatment & RecyclingTRAVEL: 80%OTHER:Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screeningMust possess a valid Driver's LicenseWork Setting:The requirements are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
