We currently have fulltime, permanent opportunities available for: Duty Managers Assistant Venue Managers Venue Managers.Role OverviewAs a Duty Manager/Assistant Venue Manager/Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return.
The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.What do we need from you?
Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industryStrong food and beverage knowledgeAbility to manage staff, stock, opening and closing proceduresA passion for delivering outstanding guest experiencesAbility to remain calm and effective in a busy environmentAvailability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends,
