You will work autonomously in managing complex cases and provide expert guidance to colleagues across the organisation.Deliver advanced social work assessment and intervention for complex clinical casesProvide clinical consultation,



education and supervision to staff and studentsLead quality improvement initiatives, clinical portfolios and service developmentCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve person-centred patient outcomesSupport evidence-based practice, professional development and high-quality documentationQualificationsDegree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
Selection CriteriaDemonstrated high level clinical experience and understanding of the needs of clients accessing the health care system.Demonstrated experience in using advanced practice skills to provide high quality comprehensive assessments and care planning for cases in elder abuse, guardianship matters, sudden death and deterioration.Demonstrated understanding of the challenges in accessing health services/navigating the health system for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and refugee client groupsExperience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for service improvement and skills in providing training and education with experience in staff and/or student supervision.Well-developed time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication,
