Our unique production process operates to a precise, regulated "drum beat", with each building moving through specialised workstations – starting as a steel chassis and transforming into a completed, ready-to-occupy building in as little as 21 days.Job DescriptionNew Builds – Not RepaintsOur painting team works predominantly on brand-current modular buildings, from initial surface preparation through to the final quality finish.You'll work across new residential and commercial-style builds within our Armidale manufacturing facility,



rather than travelling between existing homes completing repaint or renovation work.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Preparing interior and exterior surfaces for paintingFilling holes, cracks and gaps and completing surface preparationApplying paints and coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipmentConfidently using spray equipment to achieve professional, high-quality finishesCompleting interior and exterior painting across new residential and commercial-style buildsCompleting touch-ups and rectification workMaintaining painting equipment, tools and work areasWorking collaboratively with other trades throughout productionMaintaining Uniplan's quality and safety standardsDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years' painting experience in AustraliaDemonstrated interior and exterior painting experienceCommercial and/or residential construction experienceStrong experience using spray equipmentExcellent preparation and finishing skillsHigh attention to detail and pride in your workmanshipAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong reliability and work ethicTrade qualification highly regarded, but not essential for experienced applicantsWhy Join Uniplan?
