You'll step into a high‐impact role with ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape the customer journey of our community with brands such as Hunt and Brew, Füll+, ProGo, Brownes Chill and Yogo when you join us as a Credit Officer.Role Responsibilities:Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received in accordance with agreed trading termsFollow up overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondencePrepare and maintain aged receivables reports and **escalate high‐risk or long‐outstanding debts**Receive, investigate, and resolve customer claims, disputes, and payment discrepanciesVerify pricing, rebates, delivery issues, and invoice accuracyAct as the primary point of contact for customer account enquiriesProvide clear, qualified communication regarding invoices, statements,



and payment statusRequirements:Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field with professional experienceExperience with JDE or SAP systems will be highly regardedSound knowledge of Microsoft SuiteWhat do we offer?
