75 hours per fortnightBased at Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health AssociationBetween $105,577 and $111,209 per annum (pro-rata), depending on experienceThe Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association (LEAHA) has been developed in partnership with the Aboriginal community of Lakes Entrance to improve access to healthcare for our people.LEAHA aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the Aboriginal peoples within the community and around Lakes Entrance, Lake Tyers Beach, Lake Bunga, Swan Reach, Tambo Upper, Metung and surrounding areas.TheSenior Cultural Leadprovides executive-level cultural leadership, strategic advice, advocacy and Community engagement across LEAHA.
The role ensures Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, Community voice, self-determination and cultural integrity are embedded across organisational strategy, governance, service delivery,
