Job Description

Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Toronto is hiring a dedicated support worker to help people with disability live more independent lives. You'll deliver personalised support, assist with personal care, support social activities, and build solid relationships with participants and families.

You'll thrive in a team-oriented team, stay calm with complex behaviours, and meet explicit checks. Must have at least 2 years of disability experience, valid checks, and a driver's license.
