Senior Civil Engineer – Gold Coast

The Opportunity

Cozens Regan Group is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer (5+ years) to join our Gold Coast office, with an opportunity to commence immediately. This role will suit a technically capable engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working directly with clients and contractors, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality civil infrastructure and development outcomes.

About the Role

You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, including design, documentation, construction support, and delivery of civil engineering projects such as:
Roadworks and drainage
Car parking and access design
Earthworks and bulk earthworks modelling
Erosion and sediment control
Sewer and water reticulation
Stormwater management plans
Engineering services reports

The role includes regular site inspections and construction supervision, which is an essential component of the position. You will either take ownership of projects from concept to completion or work on components of larger projects alongside Company Directors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ full-time experience in a civil engineering consultancy




Solid understanding and practical use of AutoCAD
Well-developed written communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting

Experience with the following software is advantageous but not essential:
Civil 3D
Civil Site Design
MUSIC
Drains
