You'll lead the housekeeping team, work closely with hotel leadership and other departments, solve problems, improve performance and make sure guests experience rooms and public areas that are clean, comfortable and maintained to a high standard.
You'll be right in the action, not sitting in an office.Key responsibilitiesLead and motivate the housekeeping teamSet daily priorities and keep everyone on trackTrain, coach and develop your teamInspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are metMonitor KPIs, productivity and guest feedbackManage stock, supplies and equipmentWork closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departmentsResolve operational issues quickly and professionallyHandle guest concerns when requiredIdentify smarter and more efficient ways of workingAbout youLeadership experience in housekeeping or hospitalityKnow how to lead people,
