Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will lead, coach and support our Stewarding team to ensure our kitchens operate seamlessly, safely and to the highest standards.
This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in setting the standard and developing people.Key responsibilitiesLead the day to day stewarding operation, ensuring exceptional hygiene, cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen and food preparation areasEnsure all outlets are consistently supplied with clean, sanitised and well maintained operational equipmentChampion food safety, chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards at all timesDrive cost awareness through efficient use of energy, water, cleaning materials and equipmentEnsure crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment are stored safely and hygienicallySupport the induction, training and ongoing development of Stewarding team membersProvide clear direction, coaching and on shift guidance to support performance and confidenceMotivate the team,
