Providing a practical oversight of all aspects of Food Services within the hospital and aged care facilities according to food safety laws.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the preparation, plating, and delivery of meals and beveragesEnsuring meals meet presentation, dietary, and service standardsMaintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and infection controlCleaning and maintaining food service areas and equipmentMonitoring and reporting equipment issues and safety concernsFollowing all policies, procedures, food safety standards, and OHS requirementsSupporting stock control and equipment trackingContributing to a positive team environment and continuous improvement activitiesAbout youStrong attention to detail and commitment to food safetyA positive, team-oriented attitudeGood communication and customer service skillsUnderstanding of, or willingness to learn, food handling and hygiene standardsCulture and BenefitsDhelkaya Health is located on Dja Dja Wurrung country in regional Victoria.
