Located under one roof, Nova Dental Implant Centre and The Smile Factory bring together advanced dental implant and restorative care with comprehensive general dentistry.
Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and providing high‐quality clinical care in a supportive, modern workplace.The RoleWe are looking for two full‐time Dental Assistants who are passionate about patient care and enjoy working as part of a fast‐paced, supportive team.You will work closely with our dentists and clinical team, assisting across a range of general, restorative and advanced dental procedures.Your responsibilities will include:Chairside assisting across general,



restorative and surgical proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and ensuring surgeries are ready for patientsSupporting clinicians to deliver a smooth and efficient patient experienceMaintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisationPreparing instruments, equipment and materials for proceduresSupporting patients throughout their appointment and helping them feel comfortable and at easeAssisting with stock management and maintaining clinical suppliesWorking collaboratively with the wider clinical and administration teamAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience as a Dental AssistantA Certificate III in Dental Assisting, or relevant experienceStrong chairside assisting skillsExcellent infection control and sterilisation knowledgeA genuine passion for patient careThe ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a teamExperience assisting with implants, surgical procedures or complex restorative dentistry will be highly regarded.Company OverviewNova Dental Implant Centre is built on compassion, expertise, and transparency.
